a)
kann jemand sagen wieviel Höhenschlag das Pinniongear (wenn überhaupt ) haben darf ?
b) Die Lagerpassung / Laufspiel vom Pinnion und Nockenwelle in den Deckelbüchsen bräuchte ich auch !

Laut Service Manual für '70-'78
- flywheel assembly - runout (mainshafts) - .001 in = 0,0254 mm max.
- pinion shaft bearings - cover bushing fit - .0005 - .0012in loose = 0,0127 mm - 0,03048 mm
- cam gear shaft in bushing: 0.0008 - .0018 in. = 0,02032mm - 0,04572mm
- cam gear shaft in bearing: .0005 - .003 in = 0,0127 mm - 0,0762 mm
- cam gear end play: .001 - .0015in = 0,0254mm - 0,0381mm

- flywheel - runout - shaft at flywheel - 0.002 in max = 0,0508mm
- flywheel end play ('80 + '81) - 0,001 - 0,006 in = 0,0254 - 0,1524 mm
- pinion shaft bearing in cover bushing - 0,0005 - 0,0025 in (loose) = 0,0127 - 0,0635mm
- cam gear shaft in bushing - 0,0008 - 0,003 in = 0,02032 - 0,0762 mm
- cam gear shaft in bearing - 0,0005 - 0,003 in = 0,0127 - 0,0762 mm
- cam gear end play - 0,001 - 0,016 in = 0,0254 - 0,4064 mm
So besser?
